1933-Millfun Shanghai
I had the oppertunity to check out the 1933 Millfun Brutalist estate in Shanghai. This was a great oppertuntiy for me to experiment with the harsh contrast that brutalist architecture so uniquley breeds. The rough concrete edges and distinct geometric patterns allow light to fall on the buildings in a way which is rarely seen in the same way in other places. It gave me a great chance to get to grips with my new camera the FujiFilm XT-30 ii and its film simulation feature which allowed me to set presets to the camera which I felt fit the vibe of the estate and prevented me from having to edit the photos afterwards.
